If you wish to enrol your child at Dianella Secondary College Education Support Centre, please visit our administration office and bring along the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Most recent school report
• Immunisation Documents
• Proof of Address
• All Travel Documents if child was born overseas
• The following documents (Downloaded from this page)
• Completed Part A Enrolment Form
• Student health record
• Parental Permission Slip - photographs
